before selecting the most appropriate type of treatment. This approach
is called Prescriptive Eclectic Therapy - which draws on theories and
techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy,
Psychodynamic Therapy, and others. In most cases, clients report significant
improvements within just a few months. |
