Dr. Hayden is a graduate of Pepperdine University and completed her post-doctoral training at UCLA. She specializes in working with families and individuals navigating complex medical situations. She provides concierge services as part of her company Heartfelt Care Services, as well as seeing people in her offices, either in Westlake Village or Camarillo. She also provides Life Balance Coaching at the California Health and Longevity Institute at the Four Seasons in Westlake Village. Dr. Hayden has conducted research and published in the area of helping caregivers of individuals with dementia.
