I specialize in mindfulness-based and holistic psychotherapy with men and women suffering from anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders affecting your health. Also victims of crime, grief, women’s issues, men and dating, and adults in a life transition. I teach meditation to individuals and groups, and mindful living workshops. My work uses Western mindfulness, not Buddhism. Spirituality of any type is welcome if you want to include it in your therapy or integrate it into your life further.
I have been a licensed clinical psychologist since 1989, in private practice and early on, in private psychiatric hospitals, working with ages children through adults, individuals, groups, and families. Today I work with individuals. I began meditation and mindfulness in 2009.
