Does anyone do telehealth and if so what would I need to do to get started?

I will be closing my office in Ventura September 1 we will be moving to Newport Beach I would like to continue with some of my patients.   I would like to do telehealth is anybody doing telehealth and what software do I have to install two get encrypted that is HIPAA compliant?  

 I would also like to know if anyone is accepting new insurance patients or Medicare patients thanks for your assistance Dianne Cooper Byram
