Dr. Susan Sharma provides therapy, assessment and consultation to adults and teens struggling with stress/ burnout, depression, anxiety, relational problems, parenting questions and much more. Her focus is to build on your strengths, while supporting your needs with research backed treatment methods. She is happy to meet you where you are and to work flexibly with you on what you need in the moment. An honest and candid approach is best, so she strives to be ‘real’ with people. Dr. Sharma will work with you in improving behaviors and changing your relationship to your thoughts and beliefs by using techniques consistent with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
